Matcha Money's Customization Policy
Custom envelopes are made to order and require an updated product quantity that matches the number of categories provided. Please ensure you double check
- your list of categories are provided in the correct format (numbered)
- that the product quantity is updated to match
- there are no repeats unless you desire duplicates
If the product quantity does not match the number of categories provided, only the first category/categories that match the product quantity will be fulfilled (e.g. if you provide 10 categories and leave the product quantity at 1, only the first category listed will be fulfilled. If you provide 12 categories and leave the product quantity at 2, only the first two categories listed will be fulfilled.)
